1. Production and Delivery Timeline:

Our products are crafted with precision and are made-to-order, ensuring the highest quality. Typically, the production process requires 25-30 working days. For urgent orders, we can expedite production and dispatch within a minimum of 15 working days at an additional processing fee. Additionally, delivery takes approximately 8-10 days, depending on the location (Pan India). Urgent processing fee breakup -

2. Payment Terms for Advance, Custom, and Bulk Orders:

At The Inside Project, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring that every order is handled with the utmost care and precision. To maintain efficiency and meet your expectations, we have a structured payment policy in place for advance orders, custom-made items, and bulk purchases.

For these types of orders, we require a 70% advance payment at the time of order placement. This initial payment helps us secure the materials, begin the production process, and allocate the necessary resources to ensure your order is completed on time and to your exact specifications. The remaining 30% balance must be settled before dispatch of your products. This final payment ensures the order is released smoothly, prepared for shipment, and delivered to you without any delays.

We understand that such orders often involve intricate customization, large quantities, or bespoke designs. These processes demand additional effort and resources, making these payment terms essential to maintain the quality and timeliness of our service. By adhering to this payment structure, we can focus on delivering a seamless experience—from crafting your order with precision to ensuring its timely arrival at your doorstep.

 

 

3. Policy for Changes or Cancellations: 

To ensure smooth operations and clarity for all parties, we have established guidelines for order changes, cancellations, and after-delivery support.

     Order Changes and Cancellations: Once your order has entered the manufacturing stage, been prepared for dispatch, or has already been delivered, we regret that we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations. This policy is in place because custom production and logistical arrangements are tailored specifically for each order, ensuring the highest quality and precision. 

     Damaged Product Assistance: In the rare event that a product arrives in a damaged condition, we are committed to assisting you promptly. To help us address your concern effectively. 

  1. Provide an unpacking video: This serves as evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival.

  2. Contact us within 72 hours: Please email us at support@theinsideprojects.com within 72 hours of receiving the product to report the issue and initiate the resolution process.

We take such matters seriously and will work diligently to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or an alternative solution that aligns with our policy and your satisfaction.

This structured approach allows us to maintain transparency and provide fair resolutions while ensuring every product is crafted and delivered with care. By promptly reporting issues, we can verify the situation and take swift action, ensuring your trust and satisfaction remain our top priorities.

 

4. Reporting Damages or Defects:  

If there are any concerns regarding damage or defects, customers must notify us within ‘’72 hours of delivery’’. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we will be unable to process claims or offer support. This policy ensures prompt resolution and allows us to serve you better.
